Lup has fire magic coming outta her ass, so this event is right up her alley.
Before the darkness, she will mainly focus on keeping the temple warm with bonfires and also just blasting those stone walls with magical fire if they have a firewood shortage. The elves will help stockpile supplies and food, make delicious soups etc. I'm thinking about putting up a mingle post for this next weekend? Could be nice, doing some huddling and preparing.
Once the fighting starts, she will however be mainly on Chol in the thick of the battle, so someone else will have to take over heating duties. She will definitely exhaust herself, her spells are highly effective but she doesn't have a lot of slots before she has to rest, but she'll probably just keep flinging cantrips until someone makes her stop, whoops. I do want her to get rly beat up but all these monsters are so good augh how can I choose what gets her... probably no death for her but it might be a close call. who wants to drag her fucked up body over to Taako anyway TEAM UP WITH THIS FIRE ELF
With the Storyteller, she will talk about fortifying the mana pools but I see Muffet has that covered so that'll probs be moot. Her main point will be to get everyone Stones of Farspeech, which are basically magic phones. It's going to take a TON of favors, especially since future arrivals will also receive them. So I'll make an IC post to collect favors very soon, I just don't know how many we actually need yet. It'd be nice to have a functioning network for this event, but I'm sure we can survive without if we don't get all the favors in time lmao.
