After being caught outside the safe zones during the islands' reset cycle, Gobbet will awaken to discover that her body has suffered some bugs, so to speak. Until the next reset cycle occurs, she'll find that pieces of her may randomly "blip" out of existence, only to reappear, disembodied, in seemingly random places. Her feet might be on the ground, for example, while her torso is now floating ten feet above her.

While not necessarily painful, we have it on good authority that the sensation is far from pleasant.
