After being caught outside the safe zones during the islands' reset cycle, Yuka will awaken to discover that certain bits and pieces of herself have gone inexplicably missing. This will not be graphic, fatal, or even necessarily painful, but trying to traverse floating islands while missing a leg can be a difficult, and it might be hard to explain why your head is floating above your shoulders without a neck linking the two.
