Slightly more unconsciously, she wants something that can benefit a lot of people. Therefore, she'll be asking for a greenhouse. It doesn't have to be huge, but just a safe place where she can tend to plants and such would be good.
Also, if possible, perhaps a few starter plants inside? Herbs like basil, thyme, etc., and some vegetables like carrots and potatoes, or some fruits. If the plants aren't doable, then please disregard that part!
