His body will look and feel like it might fall apart at any moment, as though succumbing to some unknown form of rot from the inside out. The extent of this afflection, and how gruesome it might be, will be left up to you.

What's more, he will be utterly overwhelmed with a sourceless sensation of grief and loss, as potent as the loss of someone he loved, and as fresh as if it just occurred.
