At some point between February 16th and 20th, Ichimatsu will discover on his person...a lot of seeds. Seeds for plants such as St. John's Wort, hawthorn, chamomile, saffron, lavender, and others. Herbs for mood-boosting, for soothing anxieties, for helping achieve some manner of equilibrium - whatever may fall under that umbrella, he will find it.

While the plants themselves will not replenish automatically, the islands have allowed him the means to grow them for his own purposes.
