Kaworu can't feel him at all--not the way he can 'feel' Jowan's presence, the invisible barrier of his AT Field in contact with Kaworu's. Similarly absent are the slight, ambient movements of living things--breathing, shifting, blinking.

Though if Jowan was hoping someone else would confirm this experience as weird, though, he's going to be terribly disappointed.
