Luckily for this particular windmill, Nuidan's environment is ideal. There is often a light breeze, however, heavier winds are just shy of rare.
If Pidge were to upgrade the windmill with requested parts she may find it suitable to produce electricity for perhaps two or three days a month-- and would need to make further additions in order to store, then transfer it.
