That's okay, it probably would have been weirder if you did.
Karako takes the pendant from Alucard's hands, and even manages to hang it back around his neck without getting it tied up in his horns.
At which point he hesitates, not completely sure what he's supposed to do. This Alucard did help him, though, so--
