Chip's permissions and abilities are here--and for added clarity, while they themself refer to the magics that they perceive in terms of color, what is actually conveyed to them is the nature of the magic rather than any sort of visual overlay. Also, any magic that warps space-time in any way (teleportation, portals) will feel existentially wrong to your character.

Chip's trial is still being worked out, but it's probably going to involve a faerie fucking with everyone's perceptions and emotions and ripping bits off of someone's soul, SO FAIR WARNING I GUESS.
