I don't know what a BLI is, so I'm afraid I can't answer that, but I have been here for quite sometime. Where we are is a sort of a space in between. It's called Mu and it has changed each time I have been brought here. What doesn't change is that a lot of the people who stop here end up coming to Enso afterward.
