It would've been nice to have some backup, wouldn't it? Especially with as dangerous as those monkeys were, seemingly more than halfway on their way to sentience. Unfortunately, Tataru was not the sort of person you usually looked to for backup. And now... wasn't really an exception to that.
Nor was that something that was lost on her, as she scampered through the trees towards where she heard her friend's voice, and instead found herself on the edge of a battlefield.
"Y'shtola! You're-" she cut herself off quickly, looking in alarm at the monkeys. "Oh no, not again!"
They'd been bad enough the first time, and Tataru hadn't even seen them herself.
