New Island: Ziziphus
NEW ISLAND: ZIZIPHUS

By March 31st, we're sure many of you will be pleased to note that the island of Ai'tuoh has vanished from the archipelago. It will no longer be reachable by mana pool - indeed, it will be as though the island was never there in the first place. What a relief that would be...if there weren't another island that will be taking its place.
The votes are in, and the overwhelming majority favors the promise of vegetation. And the Storyteller, content to oblige that desire, will disappear for the first few days of April to fulfill it. And come April 4th, a new silhouette will grace the horizon - and our Locations page.
Transportation
The Storyteller can assure both the presence of a mana pool for the purposes of travel and the lack of any apparent civilization, in case anyone might be worried about the same sorts of...complications as those that arose last month. Though of course, characters are free to sail there on their own, if they so choose.
The mana pool is present on the A9 square, should the characters choose to arrive via that method.
The Storyteller is, as always, certain to impart the name of this new land via dream.
Catch the Wind, See Us Spin
Perhaps it will be a relief, upon setting foot on this new land, that it seems disarmingly normal. And indeed, it has more in common with Ensō than any of the islands encountered thus far. There is no population ready to announce themselves, or explain their presence. There are no violent shifts of personality and mood corresponding to where one might be standing. In fact, the most notable thing about the island of Ziziphus is how genuinely pleasant it seems.

But for now, any threats you may discover will be of the natural sort. There appears to be nothing of note save for the kind of flora and fauna that you might expect to naturally develop on an island independent of established civilization: predators and prey, assets and perils, and particularly those of the herbaceous variety.
Does Ziziphus have more to hide? The decision to discover that for yourselves, dear adventurers, is entirely up to you.
As always, we'll have a thread for questions and comments, and we encourage you to make use of our Mod Contact page for private correspondence!

Other species still, such as the Mosslings and Frungals, will happily munch upon them to no ill effect- for the Mosslings in particular, many poisonous flowers simply seem to be a part of their diet.
Fusterclucks are entirely unaffected by the flowers. Fusterclucks are entirely unaffected by everything.
