Shion has taken it upon himself to try and record the people on these islands. He's doing this by taking a list/census during storytellings so he can keep track of those that go missing.

He is taking names here but for the most part I will be handwaving things.

However if your character would refuse to give a name/give a false name/goes by something that is not what is on the taken list/etc let me know here if you don't want to thread it out!
