He's got issues with telling the truth and is generally an easygoing kind of guy who likes loud shirts way too much. He will also give out bike rides to people he likes, there is absolutely no way to say this and not have it sound suggestive, it is what it is.
Current plans: All he's been doing is pretty much trolling people as a motorcycle (or tricycle, as of last month's event), and so I really need to get him out there doing other things! He's still pretty sure he's dead and I'm interested in playing around with that angle, too.
