Hello LifeAftr!

I'm Ana and I'm brand new, bringing you another space marine: York from Red vs Blue. He's normally the absolute chillest of the Freelancers, but will be coming in post-death (is it a spoiler if his death is technically his first appearance? I'm going with no...) without his AI buddy so will be struggling without Delta sharing his brain. I have a brief permissions post up and his app is over here if anyone's super curious about him! He's a super friendly, curious, social guy who's been on his own for a long time and once he gets his bearings would love new friends, people to butt heads with, whatever!

Coming from a space pirate, Jules should understand the term "space marine" but he so wouldn't.

York can explain! How do you have space pirates and not space military, stranger?

Literally almost everyone is military where Jules is from. Marines are not a type of military organization in the United Systems though. He only knows about Earth because of all the people here too, so I assure you he has no idea what the United States is or their military branches.

It should be super interesting to have these two thread! Humans come from lots of planets in Halo/RvB but Earth is the human homeworld so (assuming he appears as human as in your icons) York will be very confused by this at first.

Jules isn't human, and doesn't actually appear human either. I can't modify icons, and that's the best I could come up with. His glowing red eyes, fangs, and claws give him away as Andarion, though he is technically a hybrid of Andarion and human.

I'm totally game to thread as long as you're okay with Jules. He's a really touchy character for a lot of people, so I always make sure people are okay with him before tagging them.

Also I just went and found his permissions post, it's cool with me! York might hate him but I definitely don't mind negative cr either.

It's always amazing how supposed negative CR with Jules winds up turning out okay. He really only targets someone when he's targeted first.

It's nice meeting you! I'm Alice and I play Wei Wuxian (aka WWX for short), a severely cynophobic necromancer from ancient China. After reading York's app, I think these two could make for interesting CR. WWX is a pretty friendly, easy going trickster type on the surface with a strong sense of justice and desire to do good, though he has a rather dark past involving war. He's pretty new to these parts and getting his bearings himself (he's newly resurrected after being dead 13 years) but he's also looking for friends. Also people to potentially team up with to Make the World a Better Place (tm). Does that sound like something you might be interested in?
