OOC INTRO: OCTOBER

State of the Game
Welcome, newcomers, and hello again to the oldcomers! September brought with it a new island, and along with it the promise of plenty. You've all been working awfully hard to renovate Ensō - but as much as you've done, there's still lots more to do!

We've loved the feedback we've gotten about the game thus far, positive and negative, and encourage you to contact us whenever you feel it is necessary!

Our intro log will be going up on the comms on October 4th. Until then, a few quick points:

1. Umui. The island of Umui is still present in the archipelago...though we can't say how much longer it will last. ARUM-25 has started to remember something, and once the Storyteller returns...well, who knows what will happen!

2. Nuidan. The island of Nuidan is still present in the archipelago as well! Characters, new and old, are welcome to sign up for tasks and rewards, as well as propose tasks and rewards of their own if it suits them.

3. Storyteller's Absence. As of October 4th, the same day as this month's intro log, the Storyteller will be departing to seek out new islands for your exploration. The consequences of this absence are yet to be seen...but bear in mind, that from October 4th onward, IC contact threads with the Storyteller and Item Requests will be temporarily unavailable. We will let you know as to the date of their return. However, if you need some vital backdated, just let us know!

In the meantime, feel free to use this post as an OOC intro and CR meme for the month of October - for new players to introduce themselves, for old players to meet and greet, and for general plotting to occur! If you want to chat or keep up with game updates, we also have both a plurk and a discord channel!

Tell us about them: Undead grim reaper who is unfortunately very alive and learning how to cope with that. Finally learning how to have like, even the most minor amount of chill. Sort of like that horse girl in elementary school except it's with birds. Solidly too gay to function.

Current plans: He needs to get out more!! After Umui Kravitz spent like all of last month sulking after his death so I wanna get him back out there into some Nudian tasks. Also always happy to have him meet more people or just ruin someone's day by being pedantic about death.

Current plans: She is still pretty new and only been here a month but about to get A WHOLE BUNCHA CAST so catch her with her friends and working as a unit again. I'd also still love for her to meet more people!! She has some people she knows but with camaraderie she's about to become A Full On Nuisance so like, come fight her right here. In the floor.
